所羅門王智斷親子案

「所以求你賜僕人善於了解的心(an understanding heart)，可以判斷你的百姓，辨别是非。不然，誰能判斷你這麼多的百姓呢？」所羅門因為求這事，就蒙神的喜悦。 (列王記上3:9-10) 「神賜給所羅門極大的智慧和聰明，以及寬闊的心，如同海邊的沙。」 (列王記上4:29)

最近網上對於山東青年于歡刺傷辱母歹徒致其死亡一案，一審以故意傷害罪判處于歡無期徒刑，造成熱議。不少法律人士認為于歡的行為是正當防衛，但審理法院恰恰持相反意見。此案之所以造成熱議，實因違反了人類對正義、自由的判斷，讓大眾都對這些法律專業人士的智慧，產生了很大的懷疑。

談到「智慧」，我們不能不提到那位人稱「智慧之王」的所羅門王。列王記(上)記載了在基遍，耶和華夜間在夢中向所羅門顯現，神說：「你願我賜你什麼，你可以求。」所羅門王没有為自己求壽、求富，也不求滅絕其仇敵的性命，只求賜他善於了解的心，能明辨，可以聽訟，使他能更好地擔當治理百姓的使命。所羅門這樣的祈求，蒙神的喜悦，便賜他極大的智慧和聰明。

為什麼所羅門向神祈求有一顆能善於了解的心，神就稱所羅門祈求的是智慧的心？為什麼神稱「善於了解的心」為智慧呢？所羅門雖貴為一國之君，卻能在神面前看見自己是何等的有限與不足，所以他才能謙卑地在神面前懇求，希望成為一位能有善於了解、足以辨别是非的君王。這樣不求滿足自己的私慾﹐而為了神的國度及更多百姓的權益來祈求，多麼令神喜悦啊！神就說：「我就照著你所求的去行﹐賜你一個智慧和明辨的心，在你以前没有人像你，在你以後也不會有人像你。」(列上3:12) 由此我們可以知道，所羅門所求「善於了解的心」，就是真智慧。智慧就從「善於了解」的心開始，因而「善於了解」能分辨出是非。

在聖經中有一個展現所羅門王智慧的著名故事，有兩個妓女各生了一個兒子，其中一個婦人的兒子死了，將另一婦人的兒子據為己有，兩個人在王面前爭吵說活著的是自己的兒子。王就命人拿把刀來，然後說：「把活孩子劈成兩半，一半給這婦人，一半給那婦人。」那活孩子的母親因為愛子心切，就對王說：「我主啊，把那活的孩子給她吧，千萬不可殺死他！」另一個婦人卻說：「這孩子也不歸我，也不歸你，把他劈開吧！」王回答說：「把那活孩子給這個婦人，千萬不可殺死他，這個婦人實在是他的母親。」(王上3:25-27)

所羅門王的第一個命令看起來就像當時無數君王的命令一樣，漠視孩子的生命(25節) 。然而，這個看起來與屬世處理方式並無兩樣的判決，卻是正確判斷孩子母親是誰的(27節) 。如此，所羅門憑藉神的智慧，以有別於世上君王的方式治理百姓，而百姓從他身上看到了神的智慧，因此敬畏他。

那麼現今呢？我們是否也必須藉著神賜給的智慧，才能作出與世人不同的判斷和決定呢？所羅門傾聽這些最底層人的呼求，也尊重她們作為母親的心和孩子的生命。那麼現今呢？我們是否也須要傾聽受欺壓之人的呼求？是否也能用「善於了解」的心來辨別是非，以至能尊重受迫害之人的生命呢？

親愛的阿爸天父：

我們讚美您，您是掌管萬有的神，您也是施行審判、滅絕罪惡的公義之神。您更是滿有慈愛憐憫的神，不會丟棄自己的百姓，您垂聽他們的痛苦和嘆息，並從苦難中救拔他們。主啊！求您讓我們即便在遭遇不義的事時，也能一直堅持信靠您到底。更求主讓我們也能倚靠主作出智慧的判斷。奉耶稣基督的聖名禱告祈求，阿們！

饒恕 Forgiveness

謙卑 Humility

• 敬畏耶和華是智慧的訓誨；尊榮以前，必有謙卑。箴言 15:33
Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the LORD, and humility comes before honor. Proverbs 15:33

• 敬畏耶和華心存謙卑，就得富有、尊榮、生命為賞賜。箴言 22:4
Humility is the fear of the LORD; its wages are riches and honor and life. Proverbs 22:4

• 凡事不可結黨，不可貪圖虛浮的榮耀；只要存心謙卑，各人看別人比自己強。腓立比書 2:3
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. Philippians 2:3

驕傲 Pride

忍耐 Patience

溫柔 Meekness

嫉妒 Envy

• 不要為作惡的心懷不平，也不要向那行不義的生出嫉妒。詩篇 37:1
Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong. Psalm 37:1

• 心中安靜是肉體的生命；嫉妒是骨中的朽爛。箴言 14:30
A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones. Proverbs 14:30

• 在何處有嫉妒、紛爭，就在何處有擾亂和各樣的壞事。雅各書 3:16
 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. James 3:16

生氣 Anger

• 當止住怒氣，離棄忿怒；不要心懷不平，以致作惡。詩篇 37:8
Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret—it leads only to evil. Psalm 37:8

• 好生氣的人，不可與他結交；暴怒的人，不可與他來往。箴言 22:24
Do not make friends with a hot-tempered person, do not associate with one easily angered. Proverbs 22:24

災難 Calamity

• 謹守口與舌的、就保守自己免受災難。箴言 21:23
Those who guard their mouths and their tongues keep themselves from calamity. Proverbs 21:23

• 民要攻打民、國要攻打國、多處必有地震、饑荒．這都是災難的起頭。馬可福音 13:8
Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains. Mark 13:8

憂愁 Worry

• 你們不要憂愁、因靠耶和華而得的喜樂是你們的力量。尼希米記 8:10
Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10

• 主雖使人憂愁, 還要照他諸般的慈愛發憐憫。耶利米哀歌 3:32
Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love. Lamentations 3:32

• 凡勞苦擔重擔的人，可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。馬太福音 11:28
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

患難 Trouble, Suffering

• 義人多有苦難，但耶和華救他脫離這一切。詩篇 34:19
The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all. Psalm 34:19

• 神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助！詩篇 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

• 耶和華本為善，在患難的日子為人的保障，並且認得那些投靠他的人。那鴻書 1:7
The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7
