我們每個人的誕生都是經過無數次的掙扎與奮進的結果，在我們尚未形成胚胎之前，由父親身上數億個精子其中的一個獨特的生命，經過許多的障礙與攔阻，成功地進入了由母親的卵子，然後在母腹內進行基因的排列與配對，在這個新結合的生命細胞中共有 23 對染色體，他們將分裂出兩萬一千三百多個蛋白質編碼基因與另外兩萬一千八百多個非編碼基因，這是一個極其複雜與精密的工程，只要有一個微小的錯誤發生，生命就無法誕生了！
我們人體胚胎在母腹中結合與生長的過程也有一套超級嚴密的自我管理系統，每一秒鐘都以人類無法想像的龐大數據完成細胞的複製與生成，這就如同一個巨大的工業生產鏈，按照特定的目標，日以繼夜地在生產與加工，又如同一個強大的軍隊，按照各個兵團守好自己的崗位，時刻遵從軍令為下一場戰鬥佈好陣營！到了時機成熟，胎兒成形後，這時候母腹的環境不再提供養份與保護，反而突然出現一陣一陣的壓力，要把這個胎兒從母腹中擠壓出去，有的胎兒因過度的掙扎，不幸被臍帶纏繞脖子而胎死腹中，可見每個人的出生都經過了人生的第一場戰鬥！
當我們由母腹中出來進入這世界的時候，沒有任何口罩與防護衣，是完全赤裸裸地曝露在一個周圍都充滿著無數個細菌與病毒的環境中，溫度和濕度突然改變了，壓力也消失了，聲音也突然間吵雜與怪異，因為在母腹中所聽到的聲音，是透過羊水而聽到母親的心跳與器官動態的聲音，這時眼睛也忽然間見到強烈的光影！所以我們每個人在出生的這個時刻都是嚇得大哭大叫起來！唯有被人抱在懷中，聽到了如母親的心跳聲時才會安靜下來！
雖然我們各人都是帶著恐懼來到世界，但是我們大多數的人都在人生的第一場戰役中打了美好的勝仗！經過這場戰役之後，我們能聽、能看、能哭、能動、能吃、能睡、能想。啊！生命是多麼美好啊！活著是多麼難得啊！就在我們還在學習認識自我與環境的時候，第二場戰役又無情地來到了，可怕的針筒將一個又一個疫苗打在我們幼嫩的身體上，這些疫苗雖然可以保護我們戰勝幾個可怕的病毒，但卻不能夠阻擋每年出現的各種病毒與細菌對我們無情的攻擊！因此有人不幸患了小兒痲痹症、腦膜炎、失聰失明、癱瘓等。人生的戰疫是不會停止的，因為環境的挑戰是生命成長必要的因素，我們的身體在面臨每一場戰疫的時候都會激發全身的抵抗力去作戰，我們的一生不知經歷過多少次的跌倒損傷、細菌的感染、病毒的侵襲，過去的大小病痛能夠使我們從懼怕中漸漸剛強起來，也從愚眛無知中警覺起來，這樣才能夠戰勝下一場的戰疫！
其實病毒與疾病並不是我們最大的敵人，有的病毒早已經在我們出生的時候就隱藏在我們體內，我們的疾病也隨著年齡的增加而來訪，我們體內的免疫系統曾經為我們打贏了無數的戰疫！當我們面對病毒與疾病的來臨時，另有一個可怕的敵人出現，就是「恐懼」！恐懼使我們失去理智和鬥志，使我們被無知的思想驚嚇，甚至失去抵抗力！中醫告訴我們：「恐傷腎，腎藏精，主骨生髓，恐則氣下」由於骨髓有造血的功能，時刻為我們生產免疫細胞，但是當我們處在恐懼中的時候，體內的腎上腺就會因所受到刺激而分泌各種激素，長期處於恐懼與壓力的狀態之下，就容易發生高血壓、糖尿病等慢性疾病，因為過量的內分泌會影響免疫系統的平衡，我們的免疫功能一旦失調，我們的健康就會受到極大的威脅！結果我們的一生是帶著恐懼而來，又帶著恐懼而死！恐懼乃是我們心靈的病毒，是魔鬼對付人類最致命的武器！那麼我們當如何消滅心中的恐懼呢？
耶穌說：「我留下平安給你們；我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的，不像世人所賜的。你們心裡不要憂愁，也不要膽怯。」（約翰福音14:27）為什麼耶穌能夠把祂的真平安賜給我們呢？我們當如何才能夠得到祂的真平安呢？就是信靠耶穌！因為祂是神的兒子，為了贖我們的罪而死在十字架上，敗壞了掌死權的魔鬼，使我們不再被魔鬼欺騙，只要相信耶穌的救恩，耶穌就能夠使我們得享祂的平安，不再懼怕死亡，也不怕任何的病毒與疾病！各位親愛的朋友們，您此時此刻的心中有平安嗎？您願意在這疫情蔓延至全球的時刻認識這一位賜平安的救主嗎？如果您願意的話，請您作以下的禱告：「親愛的主耶穌，我相信祢的誕生是為了我的過犯與痛苦，我感謝祢對我的拯救，祢曾經為了擔當我的罪而死在十字架上，並且在第三日從死裏復活！求祢賜給我心中真正的平安，賜給我永生，使我戰勝一生的戰疫，奉主耶穌的名禱告，阿門！」

Battles in Our Lives

The birth of a life is a result of countless struggles and efforts. Only one out of hundreds of millions of sperms can successfully enter an egg after going through numerous obstacles. This results in a fertilized egg, in which chromosomes rearrange and combine into 23 pairs of new chromosomes; they will divide into more than 21,300 protein-coding genes and more than 21,800 non-coding genes. This is an extremely complicated and precise project. If one minor error occurs, an infant cannot be born!
The growth of a human embryo is a strict and complicated self-managed system. After the fetus takes shape, the mother's womb will no longer provide nutrients and protections for the fetus.
There will be a series of contractions, pushing the fetus out of the mother's womb. Unfortunately,during this process, some infants might get suffocated by the umbilical cord and died. As you can see, all of us have to go through this first battle when we came out of mothers' wombs!
When we were born, we were completely exposed to an environment full of countless bacteria and viruses. Temperature, humidity, sound and vision all differ from what we experienced in mothers' womb. This is why when we were born, we all startled and cried!
Although each of us came into this world with fear, most of us fought and won the first battle of our lives! While we were still learning to understand ourselves and the environment, the second battle started. We would be vaccinated, which can protect us from several terrible viruses, but they can't stop various cold viruses and bacteria that emerge every year! Some people unfortunately suffer from polio, meningitis, deafness, blindness, and paralysis. The battles in our lives will not stop because environmental challenges are necessary for our growth. These countless injuries and infections have paradoxically strengthened our immune systems, so that we can win future battles!
In fact, viruses and diseases are not our greatest enemies. While we are facing infections and diseases as we age, another terrible enemy, and that is fear. Fear makes us unreasonable, depressed, unconfident and hopeless! Fear will result in ignorance and lower our immunity! Traditional Chinese medicine tells us that our bone marrow has the function of producing blood cells and it constantly produces immune cells for us. However, if we are in fear, our adrenal glands will be stimulated and produce a variety of hormones. If we are in a state of fear and stress for a prolonged period of time, our bodies will be prone to chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Excessive hormonal production will affect the balance of the immune system; if our immune system is in imbalance, our health will be in serious danger! As a result, we entered this world with fear, and we left with fear! Fear is the virus of our soul, the deadliest weapon of the devil! How can we eliminate the fear in our hearts?
Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" (John 14:27). Why is Jesus able to give us His true peace? How do we receive His true peace? We can receive true peace by having faith and rely on Jesus! He is the Lord of our lives, He died on the cross for our sins, He overcomes the devil who held the power of death, so that we are no longer deceived by the devil. As long as we believe in Jesus' salvation, Jesus can give us peace. We will no longer be afraid of death, any viruses or diseases! Dear friends, do you have peace in your heart at this moment? Would you like to know this savior who gives you peace during this pandemic? If you do, please pray like this: Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that You were born for my wrong doings and pain. I thank You for your salvation. You once died for my sins on the cross and rose from the dead after three days! Please give me true peace in my heart, give me eternal life, so that I overcome the battles in my life. I prayed in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
